Return & Refund Policy

First and foremost, every item is personally checked and graded upon receiving from the manufacturer. Before a package is sent out, the item(s) will be checked once more to ensure proper quality is ensured.

Secondly, we use a shipping partner called Pirate Ship that pulls the address that is entered by our customers. This helps us ensure correct shipping information.

We also double check orders and follow up with customers whos order may be concerning. This is just to ensure any possible doubles are purposeful.

When packing to send out products, all of our items are pinned to a backing card, slipped into a cellophane sleeve, then secured in a bubble mailer. All of our orders are mailed with tracking. All of this helps to ensure product safety, order accuracy, and 100% transparency.


However, we are human and know that mistakes and accidents happen. If the mistake is a fault of ours:

  • Incorrect item(s)
  • Missing item(s)
  • Unacceptable product quality
  • Ect. (Definitely open to discussing other issues)
We will definitely discuss a corrective course of action.

However, we will not refund for issues that resulted out of our hands.

Again, we are always here to workout the best corrective action possible when things go awry. If you have an issue with your order, always reach out via Facebook, Instagram, or E-mail.


Lastly, if in the case an order needs to be cancelled, customers have 2 courses of action.

1. If the order does NOT include a pre-order item: customers have 5 days to contact us to cancel the order.

2. If the order DOES include a pre-order item: customers have two weeks (14 days) or until we have production completed. (This information is shared on our social media sites)
